THE MOERAKS'S CREW. FREE PASSAGE TO N.Z. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The Court granted the Union S.S. Co.'s application for cancellation of the contract between the master and members of the crew of the Moeraki, but ordered that the men be granted free passages to New Zealand by the Manuka. The company offered to do this if cancellation was granted, as wages cease as soon as the Court order is made.— (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
