The five points in the Ambassadors' 1. That breaches of the Treaty of Versailles by the Germans would compel steps towards instant compliance. 2. Reorganisation of the police force so that it is a civil and not a military . arm. 3. Munition factories to be transformed and made incapable of making . lethal ware. 4. Documents showing the difference between war material at the beginning and end of the war in comparison with r those held, and to be available to the ■ Allies. J 5. The prohibition of recruiting for 5 units capable of waging war.
