NEW YORK, December 11. Mrs William Dandron* believes her son, Richard Oral, to have been among the victims of Fritz Haarman, the German butcher. - Mrs. Dandroff says the boy disappeared in Hanover a few months ' after her second marriage. She recalls that Richard's brother, Otto, afterwards entered a barber's 'shop and saw the barber wearing a'suit resembling that worn by Richard.
