LOAN FOR FRANCE.
FLOTATION IN AMERICA. NEW YORK, November 12. Jt is understood that a banking group headed by Mr. J. P. Morgan is prepared to float a French external loan here at short notice. The amount 'will probably be £20,000,000. The proceeds of the loan are to be need to place on a more permanent basis the dollar 'balances created by the Morgan firm last spring to stabilise the franc— (Reuter.)
