TEMPERANCE DRINKS.
VOLSTEAD DRY LAW. NEW YORK, November 12. Judge Morris, of Baltimore, has ruled that the one-half of one per cent clause in the Volstead law does not apply to beverages made in the home for home consumption. The finding may necessitate a revision of the policy followed iv tho past by the United States Prohibition Commissioner. —(Ruuter.)
