m AGREEMENT NOT MET. COURT MAKES AN ORDER. A motion for specific performance of agreement and amounts due under the agreement was heard in the Supreme Court yesterday. Sidney Murray Wren being the respondent. In granting the motion, Mr. Justice Herdman asked if respondent had disappeared. Mr. Northcroft replied that his whereabouts were quite well known. Wren was in London. It was stated that a memorandum of admission had been filed in connection with the matter. H. L. Ferguson and others obtained judgment.
