NOT TO BE SHIFTED. After the conference between the Harbour Board and the Marine Boroughs on the question of the waterfront railway had reached an agreement last night regarding the steps to be taken to safeguard the publdc, Mr. Mackenzie, chairman of the board, was asked what was to be done with the proposal to shift the ferries site. "The ferries are not to be shifted," declared Mr. Mackenzie. "We have come to an agreement. That finishes the question of shifting the ferries. You can make up_jour minds oa tiiia, , '
