TRAMWAY APPEALS.

APPOINTMENT OF INSPECTORS. Three appeals against appointments made to inspector's positions on the Auckland city tramways were to have been heard this morning by Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., and Messrs. Hutchinson and Nixon, assessers for the City Council and men respectively, but owing to the illness of one of the appellants the cases stand adjourned to a. date to be fixed. Mr. J. F.. W. Dickson appears for one of the appellants, Mr. J. J. Sullivan for two, and Mr. J. Stanton represents the Auckland City Council.
