MONTREAL, September 4, In the -course of an interview, Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald, son of the British Prime Minister, said that no - young Liberals were being "born in Britain today. Things had changed since the days of Gilbert and- Sullivan, when ever? young Briton ''Was either a tittle Liberal Or else a little Conservative." British babies of the future were destined to be Conservatives or adherents of Labour. The present Labdur Government in Britain, said Mr. Mac Donald, waa the beginning of a long Labour rule. Labour would do well at the next election, but he did not think it Would secure a clear majority. There would be a tussle between the Conservatives and Labour. He said he did not believe that the Liberals Would figure much at the election, or that Mr. Lloyd George would ever return to power. The star in the Conservative firmament would be Mr. Winston Churchill, whom Mr. Mac Donald said he -believed would Ohe day be the Conservative leader.—'( Reuter.)
