A decree nisi was granted on the application of Elizabeth Lavinia Watson (Mr. Cabiii), i n respect of her marriage with Benjamin Watson, iron-worker of Dunedin The marriage took pla*. i n March, 1902, there were two children and in 1921, the parties separated, not having lived together since. Mr. Justice Reed was on the Bonch. Restitution of Rights. All order for restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days was granted V his Honor on the application of Weslev Cnlley (Mr G. Simpson). Petitioner was married in 1917, and there were t\vo children. In August 10-o respondent, Jane Elizabeth Galley with' drew from him without any reasonable cause. " *
