CONCRETE PAVING.

The City Engineer reported at last night's meeting of the City.Council that (51.4110 yards of the concrete paving programme had been completed in Great North Road, Mt. Eden Road, Jervois Road, Customs Street, Hobson Street (Fanshawc to Victoria Streets), Sturdee Street and Patteson Street. There is a total yardage to be completed of 53.(161 square yards, of which amount 6041 are comprised in FortStreet Lane. High Street. . Chancery Street and Mills Lane (which will be done independently of the present concreting gang), ami 11.07 am Remuera Road. leaving 38,547 to be completed by March 31,-1925, at the rate of 1350 square yards per week.
