DELAYED TILL WEDNESDAY. (Pi Telegrapb.—Special to "Star."). WELLINGTON, thU day. Owing to the death of Sir Walter Buchanan it has been decidnd that the House of Representatives «vill adj.ourn immediately after meeting on Tuesday afternoon, enabling members to attend' the funeral. The House meets in the evening, when a condolence motion will" be passed. The Financial Statement, consequently, will be delayed till Wednesday night.
