i E DUAL NATIONALITY. BILL PASSES DIET. r 1 WASHINGTON. July 16. 3 A message from Tokyo states that the • Diet has passed the Dual Nationality I Bill, which was approved by the Japanese " Cabinet on July 7. ' The United States law governing the i immigration of Orientals from Htowaii T into the United States will not be affected by the new Immigration Act, so - the Secretary of the Labour Department, i Mr. J.
