MASTER MARINER CHARGED. (Beceived 11.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. Before the Marine Court of Inquiry, Captain Watson, master of the steamer Dilkerra, waa charged with failing to render assistance to the crew and passengers of the Wyrallah, which sank after collision with his. vessel. For the defence, it was stated that the weather was bad, and that navigatin» the Dilkerra required great attention. Any other steps than those taken could not have amounted to assistance.
