RUSSIAN PIANIST'S DIVORCE. POET AND A LADY. LONDON, May 20. The Russian pianist, Benno Moise•vvitsch, is seeking a divorce from his wife, Daisy Kennedy, an Australian violinist, stated in evidence that his marriage was happy until 1922. He then went abroad on a professional tour, his wife deciding to remain in England to take care of the children. When he returned last December, petitioner said he learnt of his wife's relations with John Drinkwater, the Englieh poet and dramatist. Subsequently his wife wrote , admitting misconduct, and pleading to foe allowed to take her children. The Court granted petitioner a decree nisi, giving him custody of the chiMfen. (A. and N.Z.
