RINGING-IN CONSPIRACY.
FIVE MEN SENTENCED. TWO YEARS FOE C. H. CAPES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CKRISTCHURCH, this day. Mr. Justice Adams imposed sentences in the "ringing-in" conspiracy and false pretences cases as follows: — Charles Hopwood Capes, eighteen months in the All Smoke case and six months in the Eulius case, the sentences to be cumulative. Alfred Tucker, nine months in each case (All Smoke and Eulius), the sentences to be concurrent. William Williamson, All Smoke case, eighteen months. Walter JTedley Hulston, Euliu3 case, eighteen months. William P. Capps, Eulius case, twelve months.
