NEW VACCINES. PFEIFFER'S CLAIMS. LOXDOX, December 30. The "Daily Express*' says that Prof. Pfeiffer, who claims to have found a preventive serum for foot and m.outh disease, has also discovered means of cultivating the invisible microbes which cause measles, scarlet fever, and other maladies.
