HICKSON HEALING MISSION.
A TEST CASE. SUFFERER FROM ARTHRITIS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.") DUNEDIN, this day. A case of a woman suffering from rheumatoid arthritis is regarded as a test case in the Hickson mission. One doctor said before the Hickson mission that if the woman walked he would believe anything. After the service on . Tuesday she fed herself and walked across the room. On Wednesday she walked a block and a half from home and back again. THANKSGIVING IX DUNEDIN (By Telegraph.—Press Asso*iation.) DUNEDIN, this day. A large service of thanksgiving was held last night in connection with the close of the Hickson Mission, when testimonies numbering 38 were read, claiming improvement physically and .Spiritually. Addresses and names were not disclosed. Included among them was one from i university man. stating that he had suffered a impediment in his speech since four years ago, and it was now almost better. Several others reported improvement in cancer, bad sight, and rheumatism, but nothing of a nature which can be called sensational was narrated.
