SOLDIER SETTLEMENT.

> WORK OF REVALUATION. Twenty-three district revaluation boards, appointed to inspect and report upon cases of discharged soldiers who desire a revaluation of their blocks, have commenced operations. They will be kept busy with their field work for the next six months.
