REPAIRS TO MOTOR TRUCK.
PLAINTIFF'S CLAIM SUCCEEDS. AT THE S.M. COURT. \V. A. Waters (Mr. Thwaites) sued F. J. Martin (Mr. Shorland) to recover £05 9/10, alleged to be balance due for repairs to defendant's motor truck. A counter claim was entered for £65 9/10 by defendant, who alleged that by reason of a faulty oil pump installed by plaintiff there had been cost incurred to the amount of the counter claim. After hearing evidence, Mr. W. B. McKean. S.M.. gave judgment for plaintiff for the amount claimed, and also on the counter claim. Costs were allowed plaintiff . totalling £11 16/.
