ANOTHER CHARGE.
I AGAINST STOLEN' GOODS RECEIVER. The young man, Stanley Reginald Harvey (21), who was convicted of receiving stolen goods lant Monday, when prosecutions were heard in the Police Court concerning a oeries of burglaries at Parnell, Oarlton Gore Road and Christchurch, and who yesterday pleaded not guilty to charges of indecent assault and attempted carnal knowledge, appeared before Mr. J. W. Poynton. S.M. again to-day. He was enarged with obtaining £3 3/6 at Greymouth, by falfie pretences. Chief Detective Mcllveney slated that jhe wished thie charge to he deferred till accused had been dealt with by the Supreme Court, in connection, with the alleged assault. Hβ was at preeent serving two months for receiving stolen goods. Mr. Poynton, S.M., thought it -would be as well to remand accused till August 14. it' , ■
