THE CLAIMS OF CANADA. (Received 11.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, June 14. Sir Lomer Gouin (Minister of Justice) informed the House of Commons that his visit to Washington was maae for the purpose of pressing Canada's claims to enemy property, -with the result that an agreement was reached •whereby the matter will be decided by a test case in the Canadian Courts, to which the United States will be a party. (A. and X.Z. Cable.) Sir Lomer "Gouin, accompanied by other representatives of the Canadian Government, visited the United States last Veek to negotiate directly with the United States Government on questions regarding property being held by the American and Canadian Alien Property Custodians. Certain securities, chiefly Canadian Pacific Railway stock, impounded by the American Alien Enemy Property Custodian, are claimed by the Canadian Custodian as the property of German Nationalists domiciled .in Canada,
