KNOCKED DOWN BY MOTOR. An old man, William Blair, a widower, j residing nt Arch Hill, was admitted to i the lms|ii(;il this morning at. 10.45 as a ; result of injuries received through being | knocked down !>v a motor car near the | junction of Karaiigahnpe Road arid Symonds Street. His injuries consist jof -i broken right leg, and abrasions across the bead and face. At mid-day he was still unconscious.
