The claim.was for £80, balance of £96 pas-* sage money from England for plaintiff, and his eon in consequence of a promise made by letter to refund that expense upon.arrival at Hikurangi. Plaintiff had provided board and lodging for defendant during nine weeks at fl 10/, per week, therefore she claimed £13 10/ on that account aleo. After hearing evidence, judgment was given for £50, and £8 11/ coets.
