NEW YORK, April 29. A proposed May Day demonstration at Pittsburgh was thwarted by the arrest of twenty-three alleged Communists. Tons of extremist literature, urging violence, and bomb-making material were also found in th« places raided.--(A. and X.Z. Cable.".
