CONTROL OF POLITICS.
A.L.P. EXECUTIVE'S POWERS. SYDNEY, April 29. A conference of trade unionists and representatives of the Australian Labour party executive affirmed the principle of executive control of Parliamentary representatives of the Labour movement, on the ground that only through the exercise of such control can the Parliamentary caucus be made responsible and maintain contact with organised workers and give expression to the principles and policies of the Labour movement. —(A. and N.Z.
