I The Enemy Property Custodian has announced that under the recent Act of Congress all enemy properties under 10,000 dollars in value will be returned, approximating 45,000,000 dollars of tbe total of 347,000,000 dollars held. The remainder is regarded as sufficient to meet any demands for damages inflicted by Germany arising out of the war, should Congress decide to make this use of the money. This is not likely, since a great part of it belongs to German nationals, not the German Government. (A. and N.Z. Cable.) j
