GERMAN-OWNED PROPERTY.
— I ATTITUDE OF AMERICA. | XEW YORK, March 26. The remainder is regarded as sufficient to meet any demands for damages inflicted by Germany arising out of the war, should Congress decide to make this use of the money. This is not likely, since a great part of it belongs to German nationals, not the German Government. (A. and N.Z. Cable.) j
