UNDER ONE CONTROL. MELBOURNE, March 2G. Speaking at a luncheon given by Federal and State Ministers to the commodore and officers of H.M.s. Chatham, the Prime Minister (Mr. S. M. Bruce) said that he looked forward to the timewhen the British and Dominion fleets , would work as one unit, and as one , whole, while each of the parts preserved its own integrity.
