ANTI-JAPANESE BOYCOTT.
SUGGESTED IN CHINA. (Received 10 a.m.) PEKING, March 25. A mass meeting of Chinese merchants in Shanghai adopted a resolution urging an anti-Japanese boycott in order to force Japan to restore Port Arthur and Dalny to China.—(Beutcr.)
