STARVING RUSSIANS.
MASS FEEDING CONTINUES. LOXDOX, March 0. Mr. Mitchell, London secretary to tbe American Relief Administration, spates that mass feeding which they are carrying on in Russia will be continued till next harvest. Conditions and prices there are so much improved that it will be unnecessary to continue operations at any rate after April. Last summer the administration fed eleven million people daily, medically treated fifty millions and equipped eleven thousand hospitals. At present three million adults and children are being fed daily.— (A. and X.Z.)
