INCOME TAX FRAUDS.
FALSE REBATES ARRANGED. FOUR ARRESTS MADE. (Received 1.80 p.m.) LONDON, March fl. Four arrests have been made in connection with sensational income tax frauds. It ia alleged tlrat the accused persons arranged with an inside inland revenue official for false rebates from income tax amounting to many thousands of pounds.
