SUGGESTS CONFERENCE. AT CONSTANTINOPLE. (Received 1.30 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, March 9. The Angora Note accepts all the clauses agreed on at Lausanne, but declines the economic clauses. It proposes a conference in a fortnight at Constantinople -to draft and sign a Treaty, comprising the agreed questions.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
