FEDERAL MINISTRY'S AIMS.

SYDNEY, this day. A State Labour caucus, by 16 votes to 7, expressed confidence in Mr. Dooley as leader of the party, and appointed a delegation with a view to meeting the executive and making an endeavour to heal the breach.BRISBANE, this day. Mr. C. Taylor, Leader of the National party, has been appointed Leader of the United party. Mr. Green, of the Country party, was appointed Deputy-leader. MELBOURNE, this day. Mr. Earl Page, in vindication of the formation of a composite Ministry, eaid the Government's aim was to dovetail the energies and aspirations of the three sections of the community represented in Parliament, so as to ensure national growth .along natural lines, with a reciprocal proportionate development of the primary and secondary industrice.— (A. and N.Z.
