Alter hearing Mr. T. Buxton (organiser of the Farmers' Union) a resolution was i adopted affirming the principle of feder- | atms with the New Zealand Farmers' J Union on terms to be arranged later, i Mr. F. C. Brown (Government expert) j gave a lecture on the quality of eggs for ; export. Owing to the fact that produeI tion had been increased, a thousand ; pounds worth of egg» were sent abroad. : There were indications to encourage a belief in the stabilisation of the export j trade, but the procedure was not simple, i Quality was the first essential.
