ROTORUA BOROUGH COUNCIL.
GOVERNMENT APPOINTMENTS. The Government appointments to the Borough Council are:—Mr. William Hill, late resident officer at Botoma. and Mr. W. G. Phillipps, a retired fartner, with extensive experience in county and industrial matter*. Mr. Phillipps is an ex-member of the Tamahere Road Board and was chairman of the Matangi glaxo factory.
