At the Supreme Court, this morning Horace Hartman was sentenced to two years' imprisonment, for breaking, entering and theft. His companion. Reginald Cooper, was granted probation for three ven.rs. under strict conditions. For the theft, of £-">7S from Thos. Cook and Sons, for whom he >as agent. Charles Leslie Ling received two years' imprisonment. David Hodges, found guilty of the theft of railway moneys. wa= sentence;) to six mon'hs' imprisonment.
