FARMERS' UNION TOUR.
STARTS FROM ROTORUA. (Ry Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) ROTORUA. Monday. The farmers' tour under the auspices of the AuiKland provincial branch ot the Farmers' Union was commenced last night at Kotorua, where a meeting of those interested in agricultural matters was addressed by leading members of the union. The union's representatives, present were: Messrs. R. D. Duxfield (provincial president), A. A. Ross, A. E. Harding, C. C. Munro, W. Huey (provincial secretary), L. H. McAlpine (provincial organiser), and Captain F. Colbeck. The party will visit Waiotapu and Reporoa to-day, and on Wednesday a tour of the principal Bay of Plenty "centres will be commenced.
