Notice is given of an extraordiniij general meeting of the company to I* held in Sydney on March 7 for the purpose of considering a resolution that tin company be wound up voluntarily, tnd appointing Mr. E. W. Enox, of Sydney, liquidator. A confirmatory meetiDgiiD be held in Sydney on March 28.
