NOVEMBER'S INCREASE. DECREASE IN RAW COTTON. (Received 11.30 a.vi.l LONDON, December 12. Imports into Britain during November increased by £0.:146..'J6:i and exports by £3,595,042, and re exports decreased by £(175.071. The principal increase in imports were meat. £1,21:1.302; dutiable food and drink. £2.420.1)114; and of exports coal, £2.50.>,261 ; woollen and worsted yarns. £1,050.717.
