SYDNEY, December 12. The High Court dismissed with costs the action brought by John Cooke and Company Proprietary, of Melbourne, and T. A. Field, of Sydney, representing the Australian fellmongers, against the Australian Wool Committee, in which plain-i tiffs sought a division of profits on the overseas sales of skins and wool during the war.—(A. and N.Z.
