DAIRY PRODUCE POOL.
TARANAKI FARMERS CAUTIOUS. (By Telegraph. — Press Association.) STRATFORD, this day. An important meeting of dairy factory directors was held here to discuss the Dairy Produce Pool Bill, and was attended by representatives of all factories in the district. After discussion favourable to the principle of control it was resolved that, whilst not opposed to control, the meeting urges the Government to have evidence taken by a Parliamentary Committee before proceeding with the bill.
