A BRIGHTER OUTLOOK. AMERICAN RELIEF WORKER'S REPORT. (Received 10.30 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, September 6. A much brighter outlook in the famine regions of Russia is indicated by Mr. Tlesh (president of the United States Grain Corporation and Controller of American Relief Administration), who has arrived in Sweden after a month's inspection. He expresses the opinion that Russia win have enough food until the next harvest if properly distributed, and adds that tbe crops look excellent.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
