Sands (Mr. Gouldins) to recover £30 15 3. balance alleged to bo due for materials supplied and nork done. A counter claim was entered for £38 10/ f->r portions of the work defendant claimed still required to I>p done to the house After analysing the necounts. his Worship allowed plaintiff £24 8/2 with costs, and defendant £10 10/ with cost?. ___________
