COLONEL "DOWN AND OUT.

FOUND DEAD IN GAS-FILLED ROOM. LONDON, April 18. Lieut.-Colonel Brock Williams, D.5.0., who wae second in command of fhe Swansea Battalion of the Welch Regiment, was found dead in a gas-filled room in the office of the boxing promoter Major Wilson, who is assisting in the arrangements for the match between Georges Carpentier and "Kid" Lewis. Major Wilson says that Colonel Williame wae badly wounded in the war. He became 'bankrupt a year ago and disappeared. Major Wileon found him down and out, and gave him house room and permission to use his office.
