APPLICATION FOR DIVORCE.
A DECREE NISI GRANTED. • In the Supreme Court this morning, before Mr. Justice Reed, Emil Frederick Nelson (Mr. Herman) applied for * divorce from iis wife, Ann Jane XelsOT (Mr. A. H. Johnstone), on the ground that a deed of separation was made in 1915 and had continued in force «w since. A defence that had been filed wa s withdrawn and his Honor granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute ' nt three months. Costs and disbursements were allowed the respondent.
