RAIN IN AUSTRALIA.
DRY SPEIX BROKEN. (Received 9.30 a.n.i.l SYDNEY, this day. Rain which began yesterday has extended through the Riverina to the Far ' West, definitely ending the dry spell, which was beginning to cause anxiety.Owing to the holiday weather, reports from the country are scanty, but the indications point to a continuance of , o-eneral rama, especially on the north [ coast.—(A. and K.Z.
