(RecelTPd 9.30 a.m.l NEW YORK, April 2.V Terrific rains in Texas flooded several cities Seven and a-half inches fell at Fort Worth during the night, the streets being as much as 10ft under water. The Trinity Rives rose 26ft, and hundreds of families are homeless, rescue parties finding refugees in tree tops. Heavy damage was also done in Dallas. (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
