RACING CLUB'S PURCHASE.
PEACH'S PROPERTY BOUGHT. The committee of the Auckland Racjig Cltrb has completed the purchase of the property known as Peach's, which adjoins the part of their course on the Oreenlane side, and which now gives them the whole block from Oreenlane to the Ladies' Mile, Ellerslie. There arc a number of valuable buildings on the property, and the purchase is a most important one.
