VICTORIA CRUISING CLL'U. CRUISING AND HARBOUR RACES. The Victoria Cruising Club will hold n general handicap race to Ba> 10-morrow arternoon for classes 1, 2. .. and 4. and launches. Harbour race-, will also be held for classes 0. 7 and S. This race will take the form of a jreneral handicap, for which no less than thirty-three boats will take part, including most of the 14R one-design and 14ft square bilge classes. A resail will be held for class 51. only boats which started in the original regatta race being eligible to start. All races start between tbe dredger Maui and tbe eastern pile beacon.
