"One can leave London nowaday- at 11 o'clock in the morning, and in three or four hours be in a foreign country.' said Mr. A. I. Maine, nn Rnglish visitor at the Rotary Club's luncheon this morning. His experience had shown him, however, that be coi.'ld travel for five or six weeks and still be at home. (Applause.) It a wonderful :_ought.
